1:What is the minimum order quantity?

usually,We don’t have any restriction for customer’s order, no matter it’s small or large, we all accept. But the price of small order will be higher than price of large one, this is not because of our profit, it’s because of the sales cost. But for the laser crystals,Our minimum order quantity is 200pcs each drawing for 3D –laser engraving items.

2:What is your usual turnaround time?

Usually,we need 10 to 25 working days to ready the goods When wer receiving received your deposit of the order or full payment.If the large order,We need confer with your company on this face to face.

3:What is your principle on samples?

For samples of our current designs, there is no charge for sample making fee. In most cases, samples are free of charge when freight is collect. We’d like to send samples to our customer before the order if you need, in this case you can know our quality.

4:What is your general export packing?

All our exporting goods are strictly and strongly packed with a view to avoid any unnecessary breakage.If no specific request from our customer,Usually,we generally pack the goods with our normal packing material, You can select the box from our website, we can also produce the box as per customer’s requirement. We usually pack the outer carton with wooden sheets, there shouldn’t be any damage to the products during the transportation.

5:If we are not satisfied with your quality when we receive the shipment, how will we do?

If your company is not satisfied with our quality and give us the reason,or any breakage during transportation because of our packing problem,One solution is to deduct the money of unqualified products from the order, the other solution is to replace with qualified products in next order. Both are ok.

6:How is the shipping?

We usually choose the delivery way according to customer’s requirement, by sea or by air. For urgent order, delivery by air is necessary, for usual order, delivery by sea will be suitable.

7:What’s the payment term?

Usually we accept T/T payment except very large order, that’s 30% deposit before production and 70% after the shipment. For large order, we prefer L/C. , but if you need, we can also quote you CIF and CFR prices.

Order flow:

1: please choose the shape and size from us, or send the designs to us.Then ,we will quote the price to your company.
2:We will order the sample to your company if you need.The sample is free if it’s low value, but for postage, we prefer “freight collect”.If you can order the products from us after the samples, Then ,we will hand back the sample cost and the freight cost.
3:You need pay the products cost by T/T 30% or L/C if you can accept our sample.
4:We will produce your products when we received your payment.And we need about 20 days to ready and deliver to your company.
5:We will send the bill of lading to your comapny by FAX or express when we received your 70% payment
if T/T.
